CarMax Senior Product Designer Richmond, VA April 2017 - Present I work across and lead collaboration between multiple product teams in the online checkout (e-commerce) space. My team is driving innovate with alternate delivery options and bringing all purchase capabilities online for the customer. I am responsible for all forms of product discovery, aligning stakeholders on product strategy, executing production ready designs and specs and helping to craft the long term vision of CarMax. All while helping to evolve our design system and delivering quality and delightful experiences to our customers to meet their ever changing needs and expectations.

Dollar Shave Club Senior Experience Designer Los Angeles, CA December 2015 - April 2017 As a Sr. Experience Designer working at Dollar Shave Club I lead large roadmap projects, lead UX for the entire consumer facing e-commerce web platform, lead various business innovation initiatives and help challenge the norms of traditional e-commerce platforms. I help craft the holistic brand experiences throughout all touch points of our subscription customers. I ideate, design and polish new features for existing digital properties, and conceptualizing new products and digital experiences.

Team One USA Experience Designer Los Angeles, CA June 2014 - July 2015 Working on Lexus, Lexus Dealers Association, 2K Games and various internal projects my role is to ensure the end user has the best possible interaction with the brand across all digital and physical touch points.

VML UX Intern New York, NY June 2013 - August 2013 I was brought in as an Art Direction intern, but I worked half of the time in the creative department, and the other half with the UX team. In my short internship, I worked on multiple accounts including: Campbells Soup, BallPark Franks, Hillshire Farm, Ernst & Young, Xerox and did extensive work on 2 new business pitches.
